Craig Hendrickson
President and Chief Executive Officer
Overlake Hospital Medical Center
Craig Hendrickson became the President and CEO of Overlake Hospital Medical Center in 2006, having served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of the hospital since 2001. He came to Overlake from Swedish Medical Center (Providence Campus), where he was the COO. Hendrickson's other executive experience includes: Chief Executive at Providence Seattle Medical Center; Senior Regional Vice President & COO at Catholic Healthcare West in California; President & CEO of South Sound Integrated Delivery Network for the Franciscan Health System; and CEO of St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way. Hendrickson has a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of California, Irvine and currently serves on the Board of Kirkland's Performing Arts Center.

Steve Brown is responsible for directing all aspects of Evergreen’s operation.
Brown came to Evergreen as Chief Executive Officer in January 2002 from the Inova Health System in Fairfax, Virginia, where he served as system Vice President. In that capacity, Brown was the Chief Executive Officer of a 656-bed campus which included Inova Fairfax Hospital and the Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children.
Under his leadership, Inova Fairfax Hospital received numerous recognitions for excellence, including being named one of the Top 100 Hospitals in both 1999 and 2000. It has also been recognized for clinical excellence by U.S. News and World Report, noted as the top hospital in northern Virginia for treatment of major injuries by Consumer Checkbook Magazine and received the Consumer Choice Award for the Washington, D.C. area from the National Research Corporation.
At Inova, Brown oversaw the largest medical staff in northern Virginia, with more than 2100 physicians on staff. The hospital operated a certified and accredited Level I Trauma Center, a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the fourth largest obstetrical program in the country in addition to centers of excellence in Heart, Pediatrics, Women’s Services, Cancer, Trauma and Transplant.
Brown graduated from Thiel College (Greenville, PA) with a BA, and from The Pennsylvania State University with a Master of Public Administration in Health Care Services. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
