Freedom From Smoking
Our six-week (7 class) series developed by the American Lung Association to help you understand your smoking habit and assist you in becoming a non-smoker. Classes are devoted to assist you in meeting the challenges facing a new non-smoker. Quitting smoking is probably the best thing you will do for yourself this year. We're here to help!
