Insurance, Referrals and Preadmission
When you are preparing for a hospital procedure, it is always prudent to check first with your health plan to make sure you have any referrals or preapprovals in place. Sound Heart at Overlake and Evergreen accept most major insurance plans, but please check with your own plan first.
Preadmission to Sound Heart can be handled easily prior to most hospital visits. It will simplify and expedite your hospital arrival, and should be done after your doctor's office has scheduled your procedure. This is also a time to clarify any insurance issues.
For Sound Heart at Overlake, you can complete your preadmission paperwork at least 24 hours prior to your hospital visit. Preadmit online or call 425-688-5115.
For Sound Heart at Evergreen, you can complete your preadmission paperwork over the phone at least 24 hours prior to your hospital visit by calling 425-899-2727.
